Hello, my name is Morgan Johnson. I’m a chef from the great state of Vermont. I grew up in the countryside and was raised on the food and traditions of the region, even going as far as cooking in the woods as an Eagle Scout for my troop. Those experiences sparked my love for cooking.

I pursued a culinary career by beginning my journey at the Riverbend Career and Technical Center Culinary Arts Program. After Riverbend, I traveled to Scotland, where I attended an intensive six-month culinary arts course at the Edinburgh School of Food and Wine. There, I studied under Chef Chris Stewart, who, before becoming a teacher, had served as the head pastry chef at the Waldorf Astoria in Edinburgh. During my time there, I learned both the artistry and science behind creating beautiful and delicious food.

Since returning from Scotland, I have held several positions in professional kitchens. I first worked at Tuckerbox in White River Junction as a breakfast and lunch chef. From there, I moved on to Ariana’s in Orford, New Hampshire, where I worked the dinner shift plating and preparing dishes. After gaining these experiences, I decided to start my own business. This gives me the freedom to share with you and many others a creative variety of foods and ingredients that you will enjoy.

As a personal chef, I provide professional gourmet catering services for you, your family, and friends in the comfort of your own home. With over 10 years of gourmet cooking experience, I have the skills and expertise necessary to provide up to 20 meals as part of a personalized weekly meal plan or create a full multi-course dining experience for you and your guests. I also offer cooking classes.
